F-7927 Employer Job Posting applicants configurable grid

This feature creates a new survey (Employer - Job Applicants - Grid) that allows each customer to have a custom configuration for the employers’ page that shows their list of applicants for a job.  Any fields from the job seekers’ profile can be used.  

Configuration

1. New School Level Survey: "Employer - Job Applicants - Grid" that needs to be configured manually for the School

2. Questions added to this Survey and marked as Column Display = Yes will be displayed in the Card Stack on the Employer's ListApplicants page card stack as individual fields
