F-7935 Semester Grid Updates

For customers with a lengthy list of semesters/terms to manage, new configurable functionality has been added to provide the usual GLCC functionality for Basic Search, Matched/Selected tabs, and batch updates to the Admin Semester list page. 

Configuration

  1. New Optional Survey: Admin Semester Search that needs to be copied down to the job board - if this survey is not present, Basic Search and the matched tab will be hidden on the SemesterList.aspx page

  2. New Batch function permissions, note that the corresponding questions needs to be to be present on the Job Board Program as well, this can be achieved via the copying down of the Admin Semester Search Survey or adding manually questions mapped to the templated fields.

    1. Main Menu - Other CSO Activities -> Sub Menu - Co-op/Internship -> Sub Menu - Semester List -> Batch Change Semester Type (Corresponding Code Attribute Question: Semester Type)

    2. Main Menu - Other CSO Activities -> Sub Menu - Co-op/Internship -> Sub Menu - Semester List -> Batch Change Semester Status (Corresponding Templated Question: Semester Status - tv_semesters.is_active)

    3. Main Menu - Other CSO Activities -> Sub Menu - Co-op/Internship -> Sub Menu - Semester List -> Batch Update Semester Start Date (Corresponding Templated Question: Semester Start Date - tv_semesters.semester_start_date)

    4. Main Menu - Other CSO Activities -> Sub Menu - Co-op/Internship -> Sub Menu - Semester List -> Batch Update Semester End Date (Corresponding Templated Question: Semester End Date - tv_semesters.semester_end_date)
