Staff Profiles

What are Staff Profiles and why do I need one?

Staff profiles are used in various parts of the system such as advising, Calendar Sync, Account Management and Co-op Management. These modules will look to staff records in order to populate staff into appropriate locations within the system.

Setting up a Staff Profile

Creating and managing is typically located under either 'Other Activites' or 'Configuration' although navigation can vary. It will nearly always be labeled 'Staff Setup' (if you require assistance locating the staff record feel free to hop into our LiveChat or email us at Support@gradleaders.com).

Once you are at this page, you can click on the footsteps in the top right corner and follow the guided walkthrough in order to make a new staff profile:

If this staff member will need to access the system, they must be set up as a user in the system first.  (Configuration > Manage Users.  Then Next Actions > Add User.)

Then, click on the individual's name to access the Staff Setup screen. (System will take you do this screen after clicking on Save to create a new staff member).   Click on Assign Login Account to create a login account for them so that they can access the system.
